The Executive
The
NE SPCA Board includes members with special responsibilities and roles- chairperson, vice chairperson, secretary,
and treasurer.
To
ensure the smooth running of the NE SPCA, the Board of Directors will elect
from amongst themselves individuals to perform these roles and to carry out
specific functions on behalf of the organization in accordance with the bylaws,
policies, and procedures.
