Book Keeper
- Keep accurate, up-to-date financial records. Reports directly to the treasurer and
provides her with reports on all financial activities. (records should be kept for 7 years) eg.
records of all income (incoming monies) and expenditures (all monies
spent)
- Check bank statements and reconcile them
with the balances in the society’s accounting program on a monthly basis
- Will prepare reports that will be presented
by the treasurer at monthly board meetings.
- Will be in charge of GST and Payroll
accounting.
- Will prepare a year-end financial report.
