Community and RM Contracts Committee
The
role of the Director of Community and RM Contracts to develop, write, and send
contract proposals to potential/current Communities and Contracts.
The job of
the Director of Community and RM Contracts is to:

Develop
and write contracts in coordination with the Executive. These documents will be
reviewed and sent to the Board.
·
Draft
Community and RM benefits/ services presentation package. These will be sent for approval/information to executive
and sent on to the Board as necessary
·
Keep
accurate records of contracts, correspondence and lists of communities and RM’s
Boards and board members, addresses, phone, email….in North East SPCA’s area of
service. Keep a database of active and
inactive communities.
·
All
incoming mail will go the NESPCA mailbox. Payments and correspondence from
communities and rm’s will be forwarded
to the Director of Community and RM Contracts
·
File
paperwork, maintain office organization, and other administrative duties as
assigned
·
Keep
the budget, receipts, and financial records up to date for the committee
·
Assist
in planning meetings with community councils.
·
Coordinate
with his/her committees: RM’s and community.
